And, why not have Venezuela in the Global Tracking?.

Must be because it is very recent purchase. But there is no problem that my country does not appear in the Global tracking?

Hello support,

My no. track is now 'In Customs-Control warehouse' 4 days laters

My question, How long does a package-small in Customs Control? and Once the packet sent by airline how long to get to the destination country? (China - Venezuela).

you have wait a couple of days and see when the status shows as "sent to airline". The arrival date normally will be 3 to 4 weeks after the "sent to airline" date.

It's been 3 weeks with 5 days and the package not arrived. I have to wait until day 7 where it meets the 4 weeks and open Dispute?.

So... Open a dispute why?. It is a package that NO step customs scam, because I was to be sent, not lost, it is assumed. So what solution you can offer me, but wait.

Pana, franco, pagaste por un envió más rápido o gratis? vi en tu numero de seguimiento que ya llego a la aduana venezolana según el 19 osea solamente te tomo 10 dias en llegar de china... Yo voy para 1 mes y nada que cambia el estatus de Envio.
