the parcel seems to have some problem to pass security check. you'd better open a dispute and claim refund.

Thanks. Is there possible resolution to this security check problem or claiming refund is the only alternative ?

No sure the parcel is just delayed or rejected by security security check officer. If the parcel parcel has battery item, it has more chance to be rejected. Otherwise it might be just delayed.

Either way we suggest you claim refund before buyer protection expires. If you receive the parcel in future, you can repay the seller.

Compatriota, tu pedido ya esta en aduana de Panamá , arribo ayer 08 de agosto. Te paso un dato llamate a este número el día lunes TEL: 512-62-26 (Es el número de la estafeta de LOS PUEBLOS) ahi llega todo y de ahi se envía luego a tu estafeta. Llamate ahi y dile a la jóven que te conteste que quieres trackear un paquete y ella te dira que ya esta en Panamá y te mencionara cuantos días más demoraran en enviarlo a tu estafeta. Suele tomar de 4 a 7 días más en llegar a tu estafeta una vez arriba a Panamá.

Muchisimo gracias Blackcode. Is there a way to find out the weight of the package, case last time they send me some toy of 50 grams instead of what I was expecting about 5 kg. and I only wasted another day retrieving it from customs and paying for this garbage. Sort of " insult to injury "

The packages RS223021525NL and RS237113108NL, should not be sent to Panama but to Brazil!
Check if it's possible to resend those to the right address!

your seller should gave you wrong number or shipped to wrong country. open dispute asap.
