Hi, I have a custom that is as RB340749360CN Sent to airline since 2014/05/03 , and so far has not arrived in Brazil.
And I have another order RC245061257HK which is still in transit to Brazil for more than 30 days. Why is it taking so long?

shipping times to brazil is not accurate. sometimes it only takes 10 days, sometimes it takes 50 days. it all depends on airline space and your luck.

But the tracking code never updated, Are you sure that will get to Brazil?

sometimes the parcel status never change even after it arrives destination.
