Hello,

I have the tracking number since 08/09/2014, but i hasn't change at all, it always says "China Post has not received parcel".

I have to wait a little more or open a dispute?

RS147648215NL arrive Uruguay on Sep 23. If you have not got the parcel, you should contact Uruguay Post asap. Uruguay Post is responsible for delivery of the parcel.
