Hello. My package is in the following status: "Held by customs" (Buenos Aires).
What thats mean? Is stuck or just waiting for classification?

If its stuck , How do I have to proceed?

I would contact them in any way, either walk to the post office and ask for a little help or contact them via their site and/or call them.
