RF412054863CN arrived SANTIAGO,Chile on Jan 24. China Post does not control this parcel anymore, you can try to contact Chile post office and see what happened.

Chile Post website shows its last location status on Feb 13 was "AEROPUERTO, DISPONIBLE PARA SALIR AL PAIS DE DESTINO". Not sure the meaning of above Spanish words.
