RB829209582CN is fake number. you should ask for refund from seller.

the seller might just delay the shipment. you can wait two more days and then track it again. if still no result, then open dispute to aliexpress. you can also ask seller why he gave you fake number, what is the REAL date he shipped the goods?

the seller gave fake shipping information to aliexpress. you can wait another week and see if the parcel will have tracking result or not. if still shows china post has not got the parcel, then you should open dispute to aliexpress and report fraud shipping.
