Hello, the parcel RA009644127CN, is in Customs-Control warehouse, 3 times since 26th April 2014, has no batteries or substances. What is happening with the parcel?

RA009644127CN is in shanghai. shanghai is experiencing some delay since April. so you may wait another 2 to 3 weeks.
