It's been more than 2 months and I have not had any news.

RK236367392CN should be delayed in some airport between china and chile. You should open dispute and claim refund fron seller asap.

Should I extend the "Purchase Protection" or open dispute?
I mean..is there any possibility that the parcel arrives?

yes. you should ask seller extend protection or open dispute.
