Pienso que si , pero en otros articulos que he recibido , no hubo ningun problema. En este caso ya van 3 meses de espera . Y hago el seguimiento y veo que esta en Almacenes . No entiendo , Si no lo puedo comprar porque tenga bateria, para que lo venden? Disculpe por favor la pregunta , pero no comprendo la situacion de distintos articulos que incluyen baterias, algunos no tiene problema y otros son retenidos . Muchas gracias

if you have battery in your parcel and be detected by security officer, your parcel will be rejected.

Is there a problem with my product? It passed 36 days and still in china. My order is a pair of shoes for my little dauther.

the parcel was returned to Qingdao customs on May 5th. not sure why customs do that. we suggest you to open a dispute and claim refund before buyer protection date expire.
