Post Package stuck at customs

I sent 2 packages from the canton fair to Mexico and I have not yet received them. According to the china post tracking web page, my packages are being held by customs but it does not say any other information besides that.

How can I know where they are? I do not even know in which airport so I can call customs and clear them.

I sent several emails to the contact in china post web page and I did not receive a response.

Does anyone know who should I contact to find out where they are?

what is your tracking number? Did you ship the goods with surface mail, airmail or EMS? the speeds are quite different.
