Please, I request reports meaning: "electronic information has been received ". Can not understand Because the tracking number: RF150054171CN, no has more moves and this static since December 29, 2015 .

I want to confirm with you if you you company China Post physically received the package to be sent to Colombia .

seems that seller has not shipped your item, ask seller. if you don't get a satisfying reply open a dispute
