Hello, I have a parcel to Chile with RM610285649CN code, they could help me track him on page have not updated from 08/03/2015 (dd/mm/yy). Besides this code was already used in a package to belgium.

Please help me. :(

RM610285649CN is not shipped to Chile, it should be other people's parcel. You should contact seller to give you correct tracking number. If he can not provide correct tracking number, you have to open dispute.

Hello, I have a parcel to Mexico with RJ340909693CN code , they could help me track him on page, have not updated from 09/02/2015 (dd/mm/yy). and other with RI247275502CN code, on page have not updated from 05/02/2015 (dd/mm/yy).

Can you help me please.

wait one more week, if you can not get it by early april, you should open dispute for lost parcel.
