Hi,
the Brazilian post service told me that the parcels RJ810179889CN and RF306629319CN are missing.
It was told me that although it was lost by the Brazilian Post Service, I have to start a complaint in the origin post service from China.
Does anybody have any idea of how to start a complaint for the China Post Registered Air Mail?

1. You need to go through your seller and tell him that Brazil Post lost the parcel.

2. The only thing you can do is open a dispute against your seller because you never receive your parcel.
