Hi, please i need help, I asked my friend from China to send some lipsticks, litle cream, and mask for face to Perú but she told me these products are forbidded, I am so worry as I already bought many products, how can i handle this situation? Hope can help me...
I read the forbidded products.. and dont say make up 😕

if your make up has liquid and chemical, it might be rejected for safety reason.

its really? but is not dangerous... it is lipstick, i dont understand... in other ocassion i receive some pieces of lipstick, and no problem...
but now its forbidden, please in this case how can i handle this situation? Iam really worry :(
now in the packaging of products say natural ingredients... i suposse not contiene chemical... please helpme

If you have paid your seller, you should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress/paypal and claim refund.

i dont buy in this page, my friend send me the products, she buy for internet...
now... how i can demostration the products not dangerous and its safe for send me? =(

ESTA PROHIBIDO, si te lo llegan a enviar igual ADUANAS lo retiene y no te lo dará. Que te haya llegado antes fue suerte.

no se como es esto, alguien me podría ayudar?? hace ya dos meses hice varios pedidos y solo uno llegó los demás no, la información que encuentro en la página solo esta actualizada hasta el 10 de mayo y ya estamos 24 de junio y nada, abrí disputa en dos pero solo alargan la protección del comprador, pero nunca llegan los productos q puedo hacer??

solo espera. demora una eternidad. si ganas las disputas y al final te llega el producto, te aseguro que nunca mas te venderá ese vendedor y fácil hasta nunca mas hara envios a nadie de Perú. asi que SOLO ESPERA. por que crees que es tan barato.

hasta el 10 de mayo no es nada, hay paquetes de primeros días de abril que todavía no llegan.

ok gracias por responderme, seguiré esperando, tal vez ya ni lleguen por error acepte su "solución a la disputa" y ahora aparece como transacción finalizada y no recibí nada
