As you can see it departed Shanghai on the 05 July. Has it arrive in your country, we don't know because there is no more tracking. The parcel has not been scan yet. Is it at the Chile Customs Office getting clear and then it will be given back to Chile Post, we don't know that either.

As your parcel left China, I suspect it did, but lately there has been some closer check on parcel departing from Guangzhou Airport and if your parcel was closer check then it did not depart or was delay to depart from China.

your parcel is china post ordinary parcel which is very slow and has very limited tracking data(china post seldom scan and update such parcel). Those parcels normally will travel 4 to 10 weeks to reach receiver, your parcel is still in normal time frame.
