Post Invalid Tracking Number

A couple of weeks ago I ordened by aliexpress a little package, the seller gave me the tracking number RI494971303CN, and almost 30 days since that the tracking doesn't show in the tracker. Do you think they gave me a false tracking number and are bluffing me?

RI494971303CN is fake number. you should open dispute to aliexpress immediately.
