Please i need your help, I want to know wich is the date that come my products, tracking number RI252260001CN & RG097880716CN. I´ve been tracking and does not give me any information. I made the purchase from November 27 thanks & regards

you can open dispute and claim refund.

Hello Friends, to see if I can help, I have the following tracking RI223166848CN and it has goes over 60 days in transit, you know in where is it??? thanks very much!!

over 60 days not arrival, it might be lost. open dispute asap.
