2016-09-05 23:12:24.0 leaving parcel center ，next station Shenzhen center
2016-09-05 23:59:00.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export security scan
2016-09-06 12:41:04.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export customs scan (domestic transit )
2016-09-08 09:50:00.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan
2016-09-08 10:39:07.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared
2016-10-01 07:57:00.0 arrive Chile 圣地亚哥 Transit Station

I havee been checking the package and since 5 days ago that it hasnt changed. I believe its retained in customs? How can I get it out from there?
