RA567172584CN left shanghai airport for Argentina on Aug 5th. Normally it need 6 to 8 weeks to arrive. You need to wait some more days.

It is commond. Sometimes two China Post parcels left airport in the same day, one arrives in 2 weeks and another arrives in 8 weeks. The Postal Parcels are not in first-come-first-serve logic, their are more like lottery.
