Hi I ordered on Dec 6th and the last update on my tracking number says "Beijing departure" on Dec 18th
Where is my package and how can I track my order in Colombia?

1. Your parcel is On Route/In transit to your country. when a parcel is traveling between country there is no tracking available. May I suggets you look at this for your country Columbia:
http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php

2. Now what needs to happen is Colombia Post scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

3. Just continue to track your parcel to see if any new movement will appear.
