I made a purchase on July 1, 2015 , in ligthinthebox.com, they were sent on 5 July, but has not come to my home in Colombia - Bogota and I find strange, I did a previous order and the received in less than a month. the Tracking Number that gave me the company is 0000029472153. I'm worried about my package , can you tell me if the package arrived in Colombia, by dates should know.

you should open dispute to paypal and claim refund for non-arrival parcel.
