Can someone help me? My parcel was sent to Chile in november 27th, but it has been stuck since december 27th in Guangzhou =(

1. The last 2 tracking of your parcel is indicating Import meaning coming back to China and (domestic transit ) traveling inside China to a new destination, possibly the seller.

2. If you want, you can read this:

What does “Import Security Scan” mean?

What does “Import Customs Scan” mean?

3. May I suggest to contact your seller as soon as possible and give him your tracking so he know what you are talking about. Tell him the parcel never departed China and is returning to him.
