Hi, Can you help me track my package? The tracking number is RR909297121JP, that was shipped the 19/12/2014... last update is from 21/12/2014 and says "Dispatch from outward office of exchange" in Tokyo, since then has not changed, ebay according to the package should reach of 01/01/2015 to 14/01/2015 ... so, What should I do ?

RR909297121JP is Japan Post parcel. http://track-chinapost.com/track_japan.php shows it is still in Japan. If your seller promise you to get the goods on Jan 1st, you should open dispute and claim refund.
