1. You should go to a Colombia Post Office and try to talk to a supervisor. Explain the situation to him and ask him politely where the parcel was deliver and how sign for it. They should have it on record.

2. If you can not do anything at the Colombia Post Office then it's the seller that has to ask China Post to do an investigation about the parcel where it went and how sign for it.
