Hello,

On March 28 2015, I did a buy of clothes of the company New Dress, with the order number 16953, and tracking number WD100671107CN, with China Post (10-65 business days, without tracking number) .

The delivery date stipulated, already fulfilled; and today (May 25, 2015) and after 73 business days, has not yet been delivered the goods in Colombian - Bogotá.

Please, I might indicate that happen with my order ?. Why has not reached the destination address?

Hola buenas noches deseo saber si mi paquete llegará a mi casa. Mucha gente se queja de la tardanza y la verdad estoy preocupado por mi paquete. No deseo full refund. Solo quiero recibir lo que compré.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel left china on Dec 11. you should in Jan,2016

i bought in aliexpress and got the tracking number 70160918835, according to your system in december first my parcel had the status: "Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan".
It has been 1 month since that, can you tell what is going on with my parcel?
