Hola, necesito saber que ha pasado con el pedido N° RJ293674175CN del 24 de noviembre de 2014, el ultimo movimiento registrado fue 2014-12-02 y su estado Export Customs Scan Hangzhou- Chile, me contacté con correos de chile y no tienen información

if nothing in this list http://track-chinapost.com/?p=650 ,no need worry too much. Export customs scan status sometimes stuck for 4 to 6 weeks. it is still normal.
