HEllo, this order has been on the route since june 26th and still don´t get to Lima Perú. Could you please tell me where is my order and how long would it take to get to Lima, Perú.

Hello, mi tracking number is EA098879453CN, when i visit the web it says that my order have arrived to New york since 27 december, and is still there, could you tell when is my order be departed to Lima Perú?

On the other hand, i have no information from this traking number EA098896584CN

Peru postal system has big problem. Many parcels have been seriously delayed for 2 to 8 weeks in Peru customs. You can do nothing but waiting.

What kind of problema are you talking about? On the tracking systems it says that my order hasn´t even arrived to Perú.

the parcel should be in Peru customs. Peru customs clearance is very very slow. It might take up to 4 to 6 weeks to complete the customs processing.
