the parcel is in the hand of Brazil Post. You should contact them and pickup the parcel asap.

Atention!

We can't received the package, because the description was in Mandarin language.

The parcel was received for you on 30 August, the last week.

Is necessary for the liberation the packet in ours Post is "all documents must in english language, inclusive the INVOICE.

When do you will send again the package?

Kindly explain me in this regard.

the parcel was returned by brazil post to china. china post will not resend the parcel to you. you should ask seller to refund you money.
