you know that in a very complicated country as brazil is, it could be impossible to clear customs without having documents, so what could be done in case that it's true that the documents were lost or stolen or there was a fire and burnt them all?

without any doubt, the documents/paperwork/forms were written in the computer of the china post office, then printed and given to the person sent by the sender

so it should be possible to print them again from the computer, or send them by e-mail

due to circumstances like these, it's difficult to me to understand that china post does not keep any record of each posting of goods that travel to a foreign country

but do not worry, i accept what you told me, and let me ask your kindness to please give me an idea about to 2 following questions:

1st] please give me the list of which documents/papers were issued by china post when the goods were posted, perhaps they are these

1a - the sending, with name and general data of the chinese exporting company + name of the brazilian importing company + complete address + zip code + city + phone numbers + e-mail address + details of the goods taken from the commercial invoice

1b - the AWB = air way bill in case of airplane, or the B/L = bill of lading in case of sea transport

1c - a receipt showing the payment of 205 american dollars, changed into yuans, of the postal freight, weight was 18 kilos, 2 boxes

1d - plus any other paper as for example the tracking code printed, and/or whatever else it be

the chinese company from which i am importing has confused all the things, does not understand that it must to cooperate with us and strictly comply with the brazilian laws, so with these things cleared i will find my way to get these documents

my only chance to solve my problem here in brazil is to have the documents, to run to our brazil post and leave everything clear BEFORE that the goods arrive

-written paper with all data of sender in china and receiver in brazil at the moment of posting
the goods

-written paper with tracking code and receiver company name in brazil

-awb or b/l

- receipt of postal freight money charged by china post

- plus any other you coulds remember
