I work for the United States Postal Service at the SFNDC. We receive a large amount of international mail from china. Problem is, our machines cannot read china's bar codes. This increases shipping times and reduces efficiencies in the delivery process. I would like to talk with people involved in china's parcel post. Possibly trying to adapt to our bar code system so as our machines could read their mail. Could very well be a savings by using our bar code system and deffinetly will shorten delivery times increase efficiencies and could allow for parcel tracking in the states. Would love to here from someone involved in the decision making process and make change to shorten delivery times and increase customer satisfaction. My email is [email protected]. if someone would like to discuss the possibilties to increase customer satisfaction in the delivery process.
