Post Argentina delayed

Hi everyone, I had posted this yesterday and got a couple of answers, but it looks someone deleted my post, has it happenned to anyone?
Well, the thing is that over the couple 2 years I've been receiving about one package per month from China, and they always last 10 days to arrive to Argentina and 10 more days untill they reach my hand. It's been 40 days since my agent shipped the last one and still nothing, is the post working slow lately? The tracking number is RG205461251CN

About two days worth of posts are gone; I wonder if there was a database problem and the site had to be rolled back to an earlier version. =/

Tracking information seems to suggest your package is still in transit. Longest time on record to Argentina is 48 days, so if it's something that you bought and your buyer protection is expiring, you might need to ask the seller to extend it.

It's that my Taobao Agent sent it to me, should I ask him to check the Post? What could he do, should he go to the Post Office and file a complain or something?

Hi, my agent told me China Post doesn't make refunds, I guess I'll have to keep waiting, I don't think a package with tracking number can be lost anyway, right?

Unfortunately, it can definitely be lost, even with a tracking number. The upside is that they should at least be able to trace where it went to, and hopefully find it. Also, I'm not sure how it works with China Post, but there is usually some small amount of compensation available if a registered item is lost -- I think 30 SDR, which is about 395 Argentinian pesos. =/

Thanks a lot, could you please tell me how do I have to do to file a complain and/or request my compensation if the package finally doesn't arrive? I'll wait a couple more weeks anyway, I still think it may arrive some day, once I received a package with tracking number after 3 months... but only that one, all the others have arrived in no more than 25 days

Claims for compensation from the post office have to be filed by the sender. The package is still considered their property until it's actually delivered to you.

In China they can contact their local post office, or call the China Post hotline: 11185.

Hoping your package does turn up for you.
