Help me please. it says that 23 jan - 13 feb the order needs to be here. Today is 14 and it didnt arrived yet

I haven’t recived my product till till now.its been 3 months more.tracking number is RB394000695CN .i want my refund back if not send product as soon as s possible

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.phpa shows only result "shipping notice received from seller". This means your seller applied a tracking number but never actually shipped you anything. You are scammed!

Which website did you buy from? If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud.

I have order from divmart.what can I do to get my refund back. It’s more then 3months plz help

Last movement shown by http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php?code=CP358406970CN is a domestic transfer out of Hangzhou. So no, it hasn't left China yet.

A bigger concern for you is whether this is an air or surface parcel. Is the parcel something that weighs more than 2kg? If so, this is almost certainly going by sea; it could take 2-6 months to arrive in Canada.

Your parcel's status is normal. It left Wuhan for Heathrow on 5 February. It's normal for a parcel's tracking not to update while it's in transit between countries. Its status can't be updated until it reaches the UK and Royal Mail scans it.

How long will China Post parcel arrive my country? How long will my tracking status be updated?

Transit time to the UK seems to be around 20-25 days for this type of parcel right now.

Open a dispute via whatever method you used to pay. eg if you paid by PayPal, open a dispute with PayPal, if you paid by credit card, open a dispute with your credit card company, etc.
