Hello, I bough a toy, Parcel No.RK844495179CN and since December 5th there is no data regarding the parcel and it was never received in Romania.

Order Rg928512070cn, is in Italy from Centro opetativo postale di Genova, you are sure?? I must ask the tracking with the same code Rg9285.... or an other code tracking for my pocket?

RK844495179CN is delayed in Shanghai. you need wait one or two more weeks.

I have a shipment sent to the airline on 05.12.2017
Tracking number: RG684095854CN
There is no information about this item in Bulgaria. This is more than a month.
Usually it appears in local tracking system with a message that it is received in the inbound office three to four days after being sent.
I called the bulgarian posts and they said that they have no information about this item and it never reached their system.
Can someone check where it is and what kind of processing is it waiting for?

I got an email on Dec 27, 2017 from iRoc.com saying my package was ready for shipment and it's now Jan 10, 2018 and I haven't gotten anything since. I have a tracking number but it says "No Shipping Record." It was supposed to be a birthday present for my mom.
