I recently ordered a replacement phone screen for my Iphone and the only source of tracking info I received was from amazon and I said the package would be delivered between April 8th-24th but when I looked earlier this week it said an attempt delivery was made on march 30th but there was no sticker left on my door for any further information and I don't know how to contact the china post carrier directly the tracking number is LS684973061CN can anyone help me figure out what to do next.

http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php shows it arrived USPS office in MYRTLE BEACH, SC 29579 last week. it has delivery address problem. you should contact USPS and pickup the parcel asap.

LX013762726CN is delayed in Nanjing. Now is busy season. you might need wait another 10 to 20 days to get it in NZ.

This is a Xmas present for my grandson who lives in Hong Kong and visits once a year.it was supposed to be a birthday present a month ago and it has now been 2 months since I ordered it.
This is not good enough as they are only in NZ for 1 week.
Why is the hold up.
This is not acceptable.
