LX357932869NL is netherlands Post parcel number. You need track it in Netherlands Post website. Many china sellers use Netherlands Post parcel to ship battery item. You can not track valid shipment info until parcel arrives Netherlands. This might take 7 to 14 days.

I'm waiting for my Mexico Jersey world Cup its been like 2 weeks already last time it said it was going to jfk airport my track number LY241072311CN

http://track-chinapost.com/result_eub.php?code=LY241072311CN shows the parcel is waiting flight space to JFK since Jun 6. waiting time can take 7 to 20 days, this is normal, no need worry.
