My package indicates it was shipped on January 8, 2019, but has not advanced to "out for delivery" since that date.

May I please have an update on Tracking ID RP154598465CN ?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RP154598465CN shows the number is invalid.

This means your seller never actually shipped anything yet. you are scammed.

If you paid with paypal/aliexpress, you should open dispute against fraud and claim refund.

The seller already reimbursed me, but made it appear as if the package was brought to the Post Office.
