Hi, could you tell me where is my package I have this guide number

LZ842213215CN

this is the last thing that the page throws: Despatch from Sorting Center (ShangHaiShi SHANGHAI) at 2018-09-22 23:09:43

my order has a delivery scheduled for 02 Oct 2018 - 18 Oct 2018.

But not updating the guide worries me.

Can you help me please.

from your tracking result, the parcel have left china long time ago. It should be either in Mexico customs waiting for import processing or lost during transportation. The first option is more likely.

I suggest you wait 2 more weeks. If you can not see new update, open dispute for lost parcel refund.
