I am missing 2 packages from y'all.

LY420987116CN

AND

LY421111365CN

They have been sitting in customs since July 20th and July 21st. Waiting on shipper information.
One is at customs Chicago
AND
One is at customs New York.
I can't initiate a search because I don't have all of the shipper information that they are asking for.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE address this promptly.

your parcel should be lost. If you paid with paypal/aliexrpess, open dispute for lost parcel refund.

I don't want a refund. I want/need the products I ordered. Why can't you just send me a replacement order without charging me?!?! If I get a refund from PayPal, you're out the money and I get no vacuums. If you replace the vacuums without charging me again, you're still out the money but at least I get my products then if the original packages finally show up, I can send them back to you.
