i can't check my package in destination countries, please tell me where is my packages? ID tracking here: LZ240743789CN, LZ291408628CN.
May it lost?

http://track-chinapost.com/startems.php shows LZ291408628CN was delivered in UK on May 12.
LZ240743789CN left china on April 18. It should be waiting in Italy customs for clearance.
