Does anyone know what does " received by line-haul " ? Is it in the destination country?

So my package shows that it is delivered and it is no where. No neighbors or anything have it. Tracking number LW082052007CN ... was wondering if you could help me a little.

Lily, I think line-haul only means that it is received by the Delivery truck that is then to be either transported to the outward office of exchange/ airport. By the way, do u have a tracking number? and when is the order date?
