Where is my package?
Tracking number: RJ855514316CN
It shipped on 20th Sep 2016 and has reached Kolkata on 2016-10-02 at 09:03:00.0 Kolkata arrive customs.

When is expected to be delivered? What is the issue at customs?

Where is my package. Ive tried contacting 11183 and they say they don't deal with this and gave me the number 11185 but they don't answer. ive tracked my package and seems like its heading back out to guangzhou airport. what is this????

1. You should have provided the tracking number for your parcel.

2. It seems you sent a parcel to China and China Post attempted to deliver your parcel but was unable. So the parcel is returning back to you the sender in UK.

Exchange Bureau in Guangzhou, have been exported directly

2. There will be no more tracking of this parcel unless it's refuse entry in USA. USPS does not track China Post Register Air Mail parcel.

3. Parcel from China to USA can take from 8 to 62 days for delivery. You must be patient and wait for your parcel.

My package RJ8455514316CN has moved from Kolkata Airport Sorting Office to CRC Bangalore and back to Kolkata Sorting Office. Why? Can you point me to the exact number or email I should reach to track this with India Post?

1. First of all your tracking number is not right there should be only 9 number not 10.

2. Your best way to have a phone number is to Call India Post:
Toll Free Call Centre 1800-11-2011 (For International Mails)
