Hi i have not had any updates for my package since the 19th of june.LX623076352CN.I Have another package coming as well.LX623148567CN.Have they left china yet.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LX623076352CN shows the parcel was shipped From China Post Shenzhen office to Australia on Jun 16.

It is now some middle location between China Post system and Australia Post system(possibly airline warehouse in Shenzhen ,China or customs warehouse in Australia). You can not know exact situation when parcel is in such middle locations.

Such no-information stage might last 7 to 20 days(rush season can take 30 to 40 days) until Australia Post gets the parcel from customs. Then Australia Post website will show its new status with Australia location.

Everything looks normal. Please wait some more days.

If your buyer protection is expiring, open dispute for refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

LX623148567CN situation is similar .

Thanks for the info they don,t do refunds only credit.
