Tracking for my order hasn't been working on the site i got it off of so i was wondering if you could give me some info on my order? The tracking number is LT696269172CN

How long does it take for them to ship the item? It's been preparing to ship for a week now

But it still hasn't actually shipped from China yet

1. USPS receive the information about your parcel from China Post EMS.

2. The last Official tracking of China Post EMS for your parcel is this:

2017-01-14 00: 00: 00.0 01:22:01 Shanghai leaves the processing center, sends USORDF = ISC CHICAGO IL (USPS)

3. If you look at the date and time, it's exactly what you see on the USPS site.

4. Now 17 track is providing you with more information as this:
2017-01-14 04:57 Shanghai and from Shanghai to Chicago (go)

Meaning finish processing and not ready to go to USA Chicago.

5. Is that better for explanation.

1. When parcel are traveling from one country to the other there is no scanning/tracking done to the parcel.

2. If you expected your parcel in a week, then you did not use the right mailing system, you should have use Fedex or DHL.

3. Parcel to USA can take between 15 to 35 days to be deliver.

4. Now what need to happen is USPS scan your parcel on arrival or when they have time to do it.

5. Just continue to track your parcel on the USPS site for any new movement.
