Post Think I might be getting scammed

Hi there. I placed an order last week for supposed UGG boots. The money was taken out of my account plus an additional $30 for what I don't know. Have tried contacting customer service via email, which is the only option-no address, no phone number. Have received no response despite multiple attempts. My order status says "paid success" and order notice [Ekaeorder TradeNo: 20160320201105] . When I try to track that number it says it is too long. Have not received any email or any other info from the company. Please advise

you can talk your bank and file charge back request if you believe you are scammed.

Warning, fake websites, fake companies, fake shops!

My wife wanted to buy a jacket in the internet shop Roxy (website xavigraphy.com; with Polish descriptions) - Order zxj_112791-19 NOK1551,07 16.10.2017 (Free shipping). I tried to authorised that transaction with my card, status of the order has changed on the website to "16/10/2017 Paid success Order notice [Ekaeorder TradeNo: 20171016140024]", but on my bank account did not appear any position like this.
Instead of this appeared in turn - XIUJUN ONLINESHOP NOK1683,88 19.10.2017; ZHOUYAN ONLINE NOK115,29 20.10.2017; HUIXIN TRADE DEVELOPMENT NOK1501,62 24.10.2017. I didn not authorise any of that transactions.
We have an email contact with the company ([email protected]; the company name is UnionCom they said), but the answers given are always evasive. And we have not received any goods from the Roxy store yet.
