It appears a package shipped to me was lost. Typically it arrives within 12-14 days. It's been over a month now with no updates for the tracking number (CP303379719CN).

I've contacted USPS (local carrier) and they've advised local carrier (China Post) be contacted as they have no records of the shipment reaching them.

Please advise.

parcel number starting with CP is called sea-air combined shipping. it often goes with sea and very slow. you might need wait up to 6 months to reach USA.

USPS does not scan china post parcel since Oct 2015. So your question makes no sense to USPS because they don't know either.
