My parcel RJ026493798ZA has been stuck in the same place for almost 3 months (postal Nanyang mail since 28/01/2019). How can I find out what the problem is? How can I find out the reason why and fix the problem?

the parcel arrived China Post office in 南阳市. If you have not got it, it might be lost. You need file investigation with South Africa Post and try to claim compensation from South Africa Post.
