What's the recent shipping time from China to Canada by China Post registered air mail recently? We have experienced increasing number of buyers from Canada complaining that they haven't received their parcels 4-5 weeks after we dispatched. Are other people also experiencing the same problem? Is it a common problem recently?

Thank you . The information is very helpful. It seems that Canada Post (or customs?) has the same delay problem every year. Last year, many parcels sent in April and May were delayed. This year it began in Feb. I just hope that it will resume fo normal soon.

I am Canadian and last parcel registered post from China took about 6 weeks.
Another parcel that came small packet parcel not registered took only 4 weeks.
I have seen one Canadian person parcel was dispatched on aircraft around 29/02/16 just getting a notice from Canada Post of expected delivery: 1-12 days.

I am also waiting for two parcel, 2 week of march and 3 week flight to Canada. So far did not receive the parcel.

I have not seen E-packet number to Canada yet, so cannot advise if it is also slow.

I have no choice but to raise shipping fee to Canada and use epacket from now on.

1. So far what I have seen is, if the parcel goes to Vancouver Inbound Customs, it is 5 to 6 weeks from China pick up to Canadian Customs out.
2. Then you need to add traveling from Vancouver Canada Post to your place of residence in Canada.
3. My experience is base on 2 personal parcels from China and other tracking I have done in this forum.
4. Hope this help fellow Canadian about their parcel from China.
