LZ883877886CN is my tracking number that i have received from Toplevelchain.com. The website and the people said that my package is being sent from Epacket; however, i am extremely skeptical of this website. They also said they have a great relationship with China Post and FedEx It does not work when i track the package and if someone could please help me ASAP that would be great.

The site says that they are partnered with China Post and also gave me a conformation email. The seller also told me that the package wasn’t being tracked because it was busy. Is there anyway that I am not being scammed?

I think your seller is a cheater. I don't believe his words.
