I ordered an iPod and iPhone and got an email from PayPal saying that the 2 items have been shipped via China Post and when I checked to see where they were located, the website said that the items did not exist in the USPS database (i didn't check it on the USPS site).

UPDATE: I found a different site to track my packages and it says they're both in collections now as of 2nd January, 2014

you can track it in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php, there should be some tracking result.

If tracking result is "Success find: 0 items!", it means the tracking number is invalid. China Post has NOT received this parcel. then you should report fraud to paypal and claim refund.

But I did not have a PayPal account so how can I report fraud to paypal?
I had email addresses from the sellers and I emailed them so I am waiting on an email response back from them.
